Mikko Asikainen works as Product Manager at Kalmar, which is the leading service provider of  automation solutions to container port and intermodal facilities across the globe. Mikko has several years of experience in engineering and managing deliveries of automated yard cranes. The vast experience in the customer interface has helped him form an understanding of the customers’ business environment as well as product development and delivery requirements. Today Mikko manages the Kalmar rail-mounted yard crane offering including automated solutions. His work involves collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders in order to build a successful offering and a progressive roadmap for the future.
