Even after 26 years, I still enjoy getting my hands dirty.

I joined Kalmar almost 26 years ago, and it still feels like yesterday. While many tasks have become familiar over time, every day brings something new: a challenge, a laugh, or a chance to move things forward together.

Pride in every task

Working on big machines teaches you to care about everything you do, because the job deserves it. Your team deserves it. The people around you deserve it.

Over the years, I have witnessed many changes, but the pride in delivering solid work has always remained the same. Finding solutions, helping colleagues, and seeing the result of your effort at the end of the day, brings real satisfaction.

After all these years, I still enjoy being hands-on, solving problems, and contributing to a team.
